It gets so annoying when moving quickly between tabs, the white background blinks even when the pages are fully loaded.

If possible I'm sure others would find it useful to have that option too.

Sorry I didn't notice you were talking about phones. In that case, I have no idea.

You can bookmark all tabs, not so great but can do. Right click the tabs bar.

Windows 7 will be next, and then 8 and so on. I'll stick to what I like and works for me, which is Windows 7 in my case.

If you're new then you'll have no problem re-installing ( remove first then install ) your extensions. They are sorted by installation date.

uBlock origin seems to have an option to stop the leaking as well.

Back then I was using ContentBlockHelper which was great, if that helps.

Opera was dying back then and they couldn't keep up, the new Opera is a totally different browser.. Not perfect at the moment but it is alive and competing.
