The Opera browser advertises it has ad blocking capability.
When I use the Opera browser I keep seeing pop-up advertisements from Panda Dome. How do I make use Opera`s capability to block adds from Panda Dome?

How to block adds from Panda Dome on my PC running Win 10 Pro 64-bit? I subscribe to the free version of Panda Dome.

Opera will not install setup downloads I click on it and it says error x00000005

I would like to download a seminar presented on the Internet by Intel called "How Wonderful Gets Done in 2021" I would like to store it on my hard drive in mp4 file format. What software should I use. How can this be done?

I thought Opera would efficently block pop-ups, maybe it does I don't know because I am unable to get it to consistently use English. I go to Settings and select English - American version and it does what ever it wants. Does anyone else have this problem?
