Flash doesn't work?

Flash doesn't work at all in the latest version of Opera (simply shows a black box, or doesn't show anything at all.) It works fine in Firefox, Chrome, and even Opera 12. Does anybody know how to fix this? I have already reinstalled both Flash and Opera a couple of times.

Besides some problems with embedded videos - at least with Developer 21 - flash seems to be working fine here.

Any extensions, ad blocker or something like that being used?
