Opera 12 video hidden

With my Opera 12, video's are hidden with a white circle and a play arrow.

Is there a way to show the actual youtube video image, before you hit start?
I don't mean autostart, but now I can't see what's under the arrow.
Having a long list with video's, this prevention is very unpractical.Funny, the HTML link of a Tinypic img is also hidden under such an arrow

Do you have Opera Turbo enabled? Or Plug-ins set to 'Click to play' in Opera settings page?

Don't know where to find Opera turbo option.
I'm also not aware of any click to play options.
Seems to be an opera prevention, since disabling all plug-ins won't solve the problem. The video's have the same presets as in my other browsers, where they are visible as image with menu-bar.

It has to do with a plugin.
The menu shows download and activate plugin on click, which seems to be (Adobe) flashplayer,
(which is causing terrible slow start up of any browser).

Opera seems to handle a kind of pop-up blocking, even though I allowed several options and disabled extensions.
Flash player for instance may be blocked,
Downloading that plug-in, Yellow button pops up, but is suppressed immediately. So Flahsplayer must be loaded for any video? and is prevented with click to load (not play).
In that way you can't see what's underneath the arrow. -

Found a solution

In the search menu you see that LEGO block icon, with click to download and activate plugins on this site.
Now I can see the video as image and click to start playing.

Usually it's under the file menu.
In 11, it seems to be under Tools, it also shows
F12
as a shortcut.
