One of the reasons http://vivaldi.net was created was so the former members of my Opera had somewhere to go. Check out that site. Also, there is a browser called Vivaldi (vivaldi.com), that tries to resemble Opera 12.

If you want to recover something from My Opera, I don't think that's possible. (As far as i know)
