Unable to install Opera on Win 7 system

I get to a screen that says "Downloading" and it stops there, no progress bar, etc. I am able to otherwise browse the web, etc. Using the latest version and have tried twice with the same results.

Any suggestions?

If that doesn't work, the full version can be downloaded from the FTP site ...
