No warning for active downloads

  • That's a big lack of new opera. I saw many updates but still no warning when I shut it down while there's an active download. When I open the browser again, warning is there and asking me to resume the download, but everything is not resumable. Is there anything to fix this?

  • When you download something it puts an icon in the upper right of the screen. While downloads are still active the icon is lit up. When the icon is lit up, don't close your browser.

Or you could try a download manager extension.

  • Active icon exists, but is not expressive enough. Pop-up window with "Download in progress. Closing Opera will cancel your downloads. Do you want really close opera? Yes /No" is much better!

  • this dump!!! look to the icons, what solution is that, as if when have multiple tabs open you don't need a message to warn you just look if you have more the one.
even the icon exist the warn message is a deal breaked, I quit using opera a cause to this...

  • This one may come with Opera 34 or newer. There is already a flag to enable the warning.
