Cant Sync password

Hi i recently format my pc and reinstall back opera like i used to do before, but i cant sync my password
After clicking 'Confirm your identity to enable encryption' it brings me to confirm your identity where i fill my password and next. But it doesnt sync my password at all.

please help im sure im not the only one.

@jjungs It may be asking for an old Opera account password, the one used to encrypt the synced saved passwords.

@leocg it wont let me use any other password, just the latest. I been on looped between here and the previous image which my password in cloud dint sync into current browser.

i have tested something out and it seems the newer version have this problems i installed last year version randomly such 120.0.5543.204/ version and it seems it doesnt have issue with syncing.
and it seems when i restart the opera it back to current version and im back to square one with syncing passoword only manage to download the csv file from previous so i can upload it.
