Have some questions

Hello,
Over the past few months, numerous changes have been made via updates.

Each change brings new issues: I've lost all my passwords, autofill has stopped working, Gmail's handling of attachments has changed, and I'm having trouble accessing my streaming services—and I may not have discovered everything yet...
I really need help (since I'm not very tech-savvy), yet I rarely get answers that are sufficiently detailed, simple, and clear. Is there anyone available to help me resolve these issues and explain how this forum works? I'd like to know about the terms used (keywords, rules—what are they and how do I use them?) and the purpose or function of "groups" and "users"... sorry if this is a bit of a long-winded request.

@tronzat First basic thing to do is to open a topic for each different issue/question you have.
