Opera 28 - "Tab Bar" Color

I just managed to upgrade to Opera 28.x -after figuring out my firewall was for one reason or another preventing updates- and have a question. Is there any way to change to color of the "tab bar" at the top of the screen? Right now it's like a royal-blue which, I dunno, I don't really like. It's too bold or something. Sure I could get used to it, but is there any way to adjust the color/appearance of the tab/menu bar?

You need to change your OS color/theme.

Yeah, the Opera Browser window is not consistent with my OS theme.

Royal blue is by default. I'm guessing you'll have to use aero theme.

On theme I can see to change in Opera is the start page, which is how I want it.
