white line on top of the browser window

The white line on top of the browser window is in full-screen mode (Not F11, but just maximum).

It duplicates the minimize buttons, the window display mode, and the close button.

It appeared after resetting the browser to factory settings.

Honestly, I'd really like to get the browser version before this year's updates. I didn't get anything but problems after these updates.

@dordob Hi, Windows 10 pro 22h2. No, All flags are in standard mode, after the settings are reset to factory settings.
