[QUESTION] How to make an Outlook.com account work in Opera Mail (portable) ?

I am using Opera Mail (Portable), and I have an old .hotmail.com e-mail account (nowadays accessed through outlook.com)

Is it possible to make this work with Opera Mail using IMAP?
I can get it to work with POP, but doesn't seem to work with IMAP at all...

It used to work for me by just setting up the account without any changes or special configuration needed.
