@Opera-Comments-Bot This program is all well and good but it should be an added bonus. I prefer redeeming 300 points for $1 each week. I don't think it's fair that we have been collecting points for months and we were hoping to redeem our 300 points for a $1 each week and now you come up with this. It's misleading unless if we can still redeem our well deserved points for cash. NB - I couldn't redeem my points this week coz I didn't get the icon to redeem.

Rewards are distributed on a weekly basis and are given out on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that there is a limited pool of rewards available each week. If you have redeemed your points but did not receive your 1 USDT reward, it is likely because the weekly reward pool had already been fully claimed by other users. In this case, you will need to wait until the pool resets at the beginning of the next week. Additionally, each eligible user is allowed to claim the reward only once per week. Therefore, it is important to redeem your points as soon as the reward pool opens to increase your chances of receiving your reward.We're here to help

@Jobungash Thank you for the information. I'm aware of it and I think most of us if not all of us are aware of it. Problem is no one knows the day and time it resets which makes it very tricky and difficult to redeem our points. One has to check regularly or often to see if the redeem button is available which is tiring.
I understand that Opera is promoting the use of their browsers and MiniPay, but they must also understand that we can't stay on the browser the whole day just to catch redemption. We use the browsers and have always used them for many years and we will continue using them regardless we are rewarded or not, therefore redemption must not be a catch.
Opera must try to come up with more ways of rewarding users. That's my 2 cents.

@Jobungash Don't worry, you will get your $250. Be patient and remember that you won the jackpot therefore it takes a bit longer to receive it than just $1. Congratulations!!! You deserve it.
