Opera Cashback no longer working on eBay

Hello, since a recent update to either Opera or Windows
(I'm on W11 pro fully up to date) Cashback no longer kicks in on eBay UK.
Opera is currently running Opera One (version: 128.0.5807.77) apparently latest update.
It still works on other sites such as Temu
It used to be there;
and used to work fine; yes I'm logged in to both Opera & Cashback

No it appears not, as I can't find eBay as a shop.
I could for instance select Currys from the shops list, and it looks like that would work OK, though I'm not about to buy anything from them.
eBay does show in the scrolling banner across the top of the page, but if I click on it, I get
I'm not using a VPN either. -

I am experiencing the exact same issue with eBay. Opera Cashback works on every site except eBay, and I cannot find eBay listed among the affiliates in the Opera Cashback app.
it has been since the last Opera update.
