I know there is full screen mode in browsers. Can you do full window mode ?
To clarify, browsers typically offer a full-screen mode, which expands the window to cover the entire screen. However, "full window mode" usually refers to maximizing the browser window, where it occupies the full window space without hiding the taskbar or other system elements. This can be achieved manually by clicking the maximize button in the top right corner of the browser or by pressing the appropriate keyboard shortcuts, such as Alt + Space and then selecting "Maximize" on Windows or using Cmd + Ctrl + F on macOS for full-screen mode. Keep in mind, this is different from entering full-screen mode (which hides the taskbar).

I think they're looking for a version of full screen mode that still displays the taskbar, presumably so they can still quickly switch between open programs but still have the benefits of having no interface clutter being shown when they're in the browser view.
I've never tried looking to see if Windows has that kind of option built in, couldn't comment on MacOS/iOS, I'm aware of it being pretty much either full screen or windowed and that's it.
