Opera started to behave weird

I have no idea what triggered this, but lately I have been having some strange issues with Opera. One thing is that plug-ins require me to click to activate despite being set to run automatically.
The other, even more annoying issue is that sometimes (always when I wake computer up from sleep with Opera open, often when I start Opera, sometimes just randomly after browsing for a while) Opera becomes unable to load any website - it keeps loading it forever. To make it even stranger, when I type a random expression into the url bar, Google search loads normally, but clicking any of the search results will trigger the infinite loading, so does visiting Google by typing its address or accessing it from quick dial.I tried reinstalling it twice and running CCleaner thrice, but it still keeps happening.
My version is 28.0.1750.48

it was. No idea how it happened, I certainly didn't turn it on. All seems to be fine now, thanks.
