[Suggestion]Add ability to Save & Close Tab Islands

Currently, when tab islands are created, they remain grouped with the rest of my tabs, even when minimized. Now, we can save them to a Speed Dial (personally, I hate speed dials) but that doesn't restore the tabs as the tab island started as.

Chrome, Brave, and Firefox all have ways to Save & Close tab groups so they no longer show with my other active tabs AND I can still recall the tab groups exactly as they were originally created. This allows for a cleaner tab management.
