No data after logging in to my account

I'm having an issue, and have no clue what the problem is.
my laptop recently got factory reset, so i download opera again and logged into my opera account with all my passwords, bookmarks, and everything, but when i logged in nothing was there. No history, no passwords, nothing except the profile picture i had before the reset and now i am freaking out and have no clue what to do
idk if i not looking the right place or anything but i search and clicked everything 5 times over

@Anzen-Asharaf So you logged in to Sync, enabled synchronisation and didn't get your data back?
