My "other bookmarks" and "open device tabs" are gone after the update

In Opera synchronization they are displayed, but when synchronizing on a new device or when resynchronizing, they do not appear, how can I download a file with my data from my Opera account? And how can I view them in Opera Sync?

@leocg That's right, I only see those that I currently have open from Opera for Android and those that are now on my PC. Those tabs that were previously on my devices are not there, and there are also bookmarks from the phone that I did not add to folders in bookmarks. I still have the Opera cache on Android because... I haven't cleaned it since then, is it possible to somehow restore them from there?
