How does the synchronization work??

Hey i bought a new laptop and logged in to opera on it. But the synchronization isnt working. If i understood it correctly it should have synchronized my data from my old laptop to here for opera. Is there a way to retry synchronization on the new laptop or did i loose all my data?

@TheNorths Opera basically syncs what's in opera://settings/syncSetup
Not all settings are synced.
Only extensions from Opera store are synced.
