Opera 28 No protocol settings anywhere....

Where are the F** protocol settings...
I am having issue with Magnet links for torrents and main answer on forums is "Under Advanced > Programs look for the protocol "magnet" and the corresponding program set to handle it."
But there is no setting like that anywhere on the Opera... I looked up for Opera help page and neither they have this listed in there....

Opera is pretty much useless now , no security protocols to handle any new sites update...just a big waste of time .
No more menus , they are trying to kill opera and are doing a great job -

From my recent fling with Opera, I suspect that their market share is gaining among people who think blinking lights and cute emoticons constitute a satisfactory experience.
Mind you, it has been a great many years since I used Opera (since before they started charging for it), and I want to make it work for me, but so far this has been the most wholly unsatisfactory browser I have ever seen. Netscape & Mosaic were way better than the "new & improved" Opera. Even IE is better! (and that constitutes being damned by faint praise)
I will mess with this v28 for another couple of weeks, but I'll bet I will just delete it & go back to PaleMoon.

If you don't tell us what the problem is we can't help you fix it. If you are just here to grumble about the browsers you aren't really doing anyone any good.
