Problem with youtube (its not flash player)

  • In the last few days I'm unable to watch videos on youtube.com
The player is working, I can hear the sound, but i can't see the picture, it is only black screen.

I have this problem only on Opera browser, on G chorme and IE works fine.

  • Go to opera://gpu/. Any errors in there? Are you using YouTube Flash videos or HTML5 videos? Start a video and right click it to see.

  • This is what I found on opera://gpu/ :

And when I'm right clicking on video I have some Adobe flash player settings and some "About Adobe flash player" on the list, so I guess I'm using flash videos.

    Thank you...

  • Go to opera:plugins and check if you are using ppapi/pepper flash. If not, download it from http://www.adobe.com/go/getflashplayer/
