Allowable Number of Simultaneous Downloads?

In the recent Opera versions, I cannot find any means of increasing the number of simultaneous downloads allowed.
I am now using version 28 and find it to be a good improvement over earlier versions but I am stuck with a limit of 6 simultaneous downloads. I find this frustrating when I am downloading split winrar or zipped files having more than 6 parts.

Is there any way to increase the number of connections and simultaneous downloads as in the earlier opera versions?
