Never set a passphrase, old passwords don't work

Hey there,
as I said, I needed to freshly install Win 11 because it just stopped working, now I wanted to get my Synch back in Opera GX, but it said I needed a passphrase - which first I never set, second my old passwords do not work at all and third it's close to 300 passwords. Is there any way I can access them or am I f*d? I can access my old Win11 data, but it doesn't help at all. The only security Opera ever asked was my Windows Login Pin - which doesn't work either.
Needless to say, that if I wipe the data from the server, it is still lost. And I do not want that

@Thanatologe If Sync is asking for a passphrase, you need to provide one to access your synced data. The passphrase is necessary to decrypt the information, that is encrypted before be sent to the server.

@leocg Yes, that I know already. The problem is, I never set one, and my old Passwords do not work. I tried my old ones, but they do not work. At all. Never did.

@Thanatologe Then Opera is asking for your Opera account password used to encrypt the passwords

@leocg Yes. I know. But it does not work. I use all passwords I have ever used in every context I could remember, but Opera tells me it's wrong - but it can't be wrong.

I am in the same situation, Never set a passphrase in my opera life. Fresh windows asks for a passphrase. I have a laptop that holds all my bookmarks. I don't care about the saved passwords, I can re-enter them if necessary. In the laptop, I don't have an option to set/reset passphrase either.
