I have Windows 7 and don't have the financial means to upgrade to a more recent version. What options do I have?

@missnataloide The only option is to keep using Opera 95, the last version with support for Windows 7.

I would recommend looking at Linux variants and installing an up-to-date browser on an up-to-date OS.
I use Kubuntu. It's based on Ubuntu, but with KDE/Plasma UI, which is more familiar than GNome/Unity for the Windows users, though you may still need to play with some settings. I'm sure some of the other distros are closer to Windows than Kubuntu, so by all means look around.
Opera is available for all major Linux distros.
