Problems connecting with VPNPro

Hi Guys,

I have a paid subscription to VPNPro and up until recently it was working fine.
Now I am unable to connect to any location using VPNPro when signed in. I can still use the free VPN when not signed in.
I have logged off an even uninstalled the vpnpro extension with no joy.

Can anybody provide any assistance with this.

Anything would be appreciated.
