The fact this is still not fixed when it is probably one of the most used features by anyone, is a complete joke. I don't know what is going on at Opera, they seem to be so hellbent on game integration that they have forgotten the main reason for having a browser. I have applications to do all the game stuff OPera does. I'll probably just go back to Edge and remove Opera from my computer. This tiny little bug is pissing me off that much. Having used CTRL + Enter since it was a thing, I'm now hard wired. Having to type a web address 2 or 3 times (because I'm so used to just using the hotkeys) is beyond tiresome.

Update: It actually works again (I don't know since when) in Opera Developer 126.0.5748.0 as before.

important update: it got fixed on opera gx 125.0.5729.47!!!!!!!
