"Picture-in-Picture" should allow to be not clickable

We need the Picture-in-Picture to be able to not be clickable, As of now half the time people use pop out youtube, netflix etc. for gaming and doing work, but if you're for example playing and you click it you might accidentally change where in the video you are, pause the game etc. so please add a way to make it unclickable ^w^
