Was charged for services I did not request/use.

Hello, first post here. Don’t know if this is the right spot or not. I was charged for opera services however, it was not me who did it and I have no clue how it was purchased. I’ve been looking for a customer support phone number but can’t find one. Can anyone help point me in the direction of where I would need to go in order to request a refund for services not used? Otherwise, I can just hmdispute it with my card company and get myMoney back that way however, I’d prefer to talk to someone at opera about this issue. Please let me know. Any and all help is appreciated. Thanks for your time.
