Can't access wallet

I have a problem with ùy wallet. I'd like to transfert my crypto to another wallet but I can't even acces the portfolio. Even though I enter the password, it keeps asking me to enter it again in a loop, even though I'm putting in correct one

@mvrxto try restoring your wallet with the 12 secret words then you can put in a new password .

@Megan-Muck i did it but when i m inside i only see opera backup option and 12 secrets words option.

@mvrxto write down those 12 secret words then you can use them in another bitcoin wallet. Open another wallet ( NOT Opera ) . It should ask you if you want to create a new wallet OR Restore a wallet .
You want to restore a wallet . Select Restore . Then it will ask for your 12 secret words. Type in the 12 Secret words exactly and in the right order, then you should fine your Bitcoin in your new wallet. ( It may take a few minutes to load, be patient ).
