hello i had a problem i have crypto in my wallet but when i want to transfert this asset to a another wallet. somebody can help me pls ?

I have a problem with ùy wallet. I'd like to transfert my crypto to another wallet but I can't even acces the portfolio. Even though I enter the password, it keeps asking me to enter it again in a loop, even though I'm putting in correct one
