Hi,

I was able to disable synchronization in opera 28 but Experimental start page is enabled, yet, I don't see the tiles. How do I enable it and I have disabled WebUI navigation bar as well.

You can disable synchronization at opera:flags opera://flags/#synch And experimental start page at opera://flags/#experimental-start-page
