      Hello guys,

It's my first post here and I would like to know how to remove this new button because I'm really not into syncing things and it is wasting space for my other plugins. Is there a way to remove this button ?
If not it would be great if you could add one because it doesn't feel the same to search for plugins that was displaying.
Now the download button is on the right and I click everytime on the sync button because I'm used where the download button was before.

      Thanks you for your understanding

Hello, paste it to adress bar: "opera://flags/#bookmarks-sharing", search names with "Sync" and disable functions you want. For remove sync icon, search sometging like "sync token", i dont remember. So, Opera then will share our bookmarks with rich people like Rockefellers etc :)?

You can't remove the sync button atm unless you disable sync itself.

Thanks you really much guys it worked. Im not removing them because of privacy but because I don't really want it to be displayed.
Best thing would be that they put it in the tools menu so I can still use sync if I want to put opera on my phone

The question comes up once again. Option to remove the sync button was removed in version 32. How do I remove that button now, as I don't use sync and don't want to see that useless button for that reason.

Unfortunately, many flags are being removed. Why on earth would you build something to just remove it the next day. If you like experimenting, keep it between you or create a new channel and don't pass these features to the stable version.

That sync appeared all of the sudden and I don't want it. No one figured out how to remove it?

Hello. I just wanted to express how annoying experience I had with Opera today. Something went wrong with the Sync account. I am not sure what happened. The only option available was to "Reset Sync" which fortunately did not appear to erase my bookmarks. On all four of my computers I have Opera Browsers installed, I had to click "Something went wrong. Sign in again." Every thing seemed to be normal again. The problem (whatever it was) is solved. However, one of my computers the Sync Icon disappeared.

The other computers have Opera Sync icon with them. But this one did not. No matter what I did, it never came back. I do not know why it disappeared.

Even though I want my Opera Sync Icon to APPEAR, your useful tip opera://flags/#bookmarks-sharing then I scrolled to "Hide sync login button" and clicked "DISABLED" (Which means that since the option was to HIDE it, I clicked DISABLED, which means that the Sync Button itself is ENABLED ... lol)

I am so glad I found this tip. I will now attempt to bookmark this page. (I hope bookmarking it works!)
