toolbar music player not working

With the latest update 120.0.5543.50, music player on toolbar is not working when connecting a device like phone. It is completely passive.

@alikal thanks, I was able to reproduce it -- it has been reported to our bug tracker, but I don't have any ETA when it's fixed
