Flag to add bookmarks to latest folder

Hi.
Didn't find info about if I can use that heart icon in url bar to add new bookmark in folder, where last one was added to.
Is there any way?

Generally, I believe functions like bookmarks and pinboards default to adding new entries into the last used folder already.
