Ringing Abusive Tabs

Hi

I have a problem with opera browser tab's which start ringing every 5 or 10m and i don't know precisely which one is making such noise

and yet i don't know which tab just rang!

I'm studying and this disrupt my concentration

how can i silent those tab sites which rings every few time without showing which one it was?

I would appreciated an solution
