Site menu not displaying properly on Opera Mobile – any fix?

I'm testing a website Cookout Restaurant on Opera Mobile and noticed that the navigation menu isn’t loading or displaying properly compared to other browsers like Chrome or Firefox.

Could someone please check and confirm if it's a rendering issue on Opera’s end, or something I need to adjust in my site's code?
