Disable preview on lingering over existing tabs

Does anyone else agree with me that Preview on lingering over existing tabs is distracting and unhelpful. I do wish Opera would get rid of this feature. Otherwise it is a magnificent browser.

@DocMLorenzoM I never found it useful, so I turned it off in Settings.. Just search for the word "preview" (using the search box within Settings).
