Vidros on YouTube and Twitch are lagging when not in fullscreen

Hi, recently working on some things goes very badly and slowly, in particular if I try to watch a video on YouTube or a live broadcast on Twitch it seems like the frame is lagging, but if I put it in full screen everything goes back to fluidity, same problem if I try to comment on a video on YouTube which seems like my computer can't handle the site, even if everything is fine in the task manager, I also tried to use Excalidraw and it's impossible to do everything, there's a lag that doesn't allow you to draw

@leocg opera one, I fixed it by enabling hardware acceleration
