Need a shortcut to hide/show address bar !

Just like these two shortcuts, I really REAAAAAAAAAAAALLY want an additional one to be able to also hide/show the address bar using a shorcut.

Pretty much like in Arc browser

This is amazing for work and focus, meetings, sharing the screen.
