Tab Pausing/Archiving

Something that I believe would be a good addition, is maybe along with tab groups and all those things, is Tab Pausing or Tab Archiving.

Y'Know when you have a few tabs open, but don't need them in that moment? Pause those tabs, and bring them back when you do! I was thinking maybe some kind of panel in the top right corner.

@RedStormFish What about just closing the tabs and reopening them if and when you need?

@leocg work has me switching between many tasks that are run online, and logs me out whenever it closes. The systems we use take a while to log back in, and require authorization from other users. It would just be a bit easier than having a couple hundred tabs open at a time, or logging back in every few hours
