Best Opera Theme To Distinguish Between Tabs?

I have a lot of trouble distinguishing the various tabs in Opera. That is to say, I can't tell which tab I am currently on, and if I am playing other media in another tab, it better have the playing icon or else I have no idea which tab it is.

Is there an Opera theme that makes it more clear which tab I'm on and which tab is playing media?
