Mobile UI for Tab View doesnt support high refreshrates

The Tab Overview is rendered in 60 FPS.
Feels very laggy on high refreshrate devices.
Are there any plans to Change this in Future as more devices will use refreshrates over 60hz?

@methodmany I can also confirm that happening on mobile too.
