How reset password. can log with Google and Phrase Key but can't sync

How can I reset my password?
I can log in, it says with my Pass Phrase key or Google, but I can not sync my data etc. It asks for a password that I don't have. The password I have tried is wrong.
Please, how can I reset.
I do not want to lose my Opera Name. FogFinger@gmail.com or FogFinger

@juiceboxkai If you don't remember your Opera account password, just go to auth.opera.com while logged off or using a private window and use the "Forgot My Password" tool.
