Where can I customize the start page (not the startup page)?
This is the page that is shown when I click on the plus sign at the top right for a new tab.

@HansNagtegaal Check the start page section on settings page.

@HansNagtegaal If you are about setting up a custom page address to open when you click on the new tab button, that's not possible as already said.
