Bookmarks and Speed dials recovery

i had been using operagx for a while now, then i created an account so when i uninstall the browser i can get my speed dials and bookmarks back (or that's what i thought).
Then i did system cleanup uninstalling windows 10 and installing windows11 after cleaning the disk and everything, and when i went back downloaded opera gx, logged in with same account as before i couldn't find my speed dials or anything i had before, i went looking for it and i found that i need the activate some "sync" option before i delete the browser or do cleanup...i kept looking for other ways to recover my speed dials but cant seem to find any.
I really need the speed dials i had them before deletion does anyone know how to recover them !
note that i dont use anyother browser so i cant import same bookmarks from another website all i have is on operagx

@leocg no only the new ones i added after i reinstalled opera gx, i can find any of my old ones there which i need also the speed dials and speed dial folders i have created before the incident are more important than the bookmarks but i think i can find the speed dials in bookmarks aswell, anyways i need the speed dials i had before the incident and the bookmarks for now i got nothing

@leocg (there is no old device and new device) its the same device i just did a full cleanup of the device and reinstalled windows 11 instead of 10, i was connected with my gx account before the cleanup, and afterwards aswell (synchronization wasnt enabled before the cleanup though)
