Private Tabs will be automatically closed after change to other app

Hi,
I'm using Opera for Android v87.7.x
When I open private tabs and go to another app (Maps or WhatsApp or whatever) and return to Opera, those private tabs are automatically closed by Opera.
Sometimes. Not every time.

Is there a fix?

I don't need a Browser with impressing functions, I need a Browser where the basic functions work stable.
