Outline around tab/favicon circle looks like oval when there are more than one pinned tab

Sometimes (seems like it depends on the specific favicon), the outline around the circle where the favicon is turns into an oval instead of a circle like on the other pinned tabs:
Note: I posted this before but the image wasn't working. I can't edit that first post because it has been locked.
