Unable to find Install Chrome Extensions

I am testing Opera and I would like to install some Chrome extensions but I am unable to find an extension named "Install Chrome Extensions" on the Opera add-ons site.

@ScottC28773 No longer needed, you should be able to install extensions direcfly from the Chrome web store.
