How to limit download speed

I cannot brak internet because locators will kill me
how can i limit download speed ?
any plugin ?

@vandal7 There is no way to do it with Opera.

@vandal7 I wouldn't expect Opera or any browser to have something like that. Although I guess Opera GX has a network limit, but I don't know if you can use it to limit download speed.
